To request licenses for other uses such as print, theatrical, educational, etc. submit the information in any format but give as much detail as possible.

Note: Please take notice that most Van McCoy compositions were written under the 1909 Copyright Act and are renewable after the original 28 year term. The Hustle is a 1975 copyright that renews in 2003. By the year 2007 all of Van’s copyrights subject to the 28 year expiration of term will be in renewal status.

>We issue "Rear Window" clearances as the authorized agent of the copyright renewal heirs for the Hustle and other McCoy songs nearing the end of their original term. A nominal fee is charged to the user that insures complete protection of license validity throughout the renewal period.
